Aims: To assist eligible migrants to gain enough English to participate in the community. Services/Activities: Centre-based English classes at Armadale, Carlisle and Thornlie. Mode: Full and part time classes at all venues, evening and Saturday classes (at Carlisle), part time community classes (in East Fremantle, Langford, Rockingham and Mandurah) Other: Volunteer Tutor Scheme (visiting volunteer teacher), referral to the National Distance Learning Provider for online learning. Free childcare. Onsite creche for learners in most classes. New community classes may be opened in any location where there is a need.
